Mandy & Monty

Mandy and Monty were wed at The Chapel of Memories on the campus of Mississippi State with their reception to follow at the Hewlett barn in Starkville, MS. This was couple was such a joy to work with, even when a family tragedy had just happened just a few months shy of the wedding, they were able to love one another through it and share many smiles with their families on their wedding day.

Fresh Cut served as our caterer and florists. We set up the brides cake in the main entryway hall of the barn. The grooms cake table had multiple caramel cakes that Mandy ordered from their favorite bakery in Starkville and we set those up for her in the other main hallway and entrance into the reception. We used a color palate of soft pinks and gold sequins. The Hewlett Barn is a beautiful and eclectic venue that doesn't take much to make it look fabulous!

Mandy's reception dress was stunning with an art deco pattern of white and gold sequins. It pulled the entire event together!

Since their wedding, Mandy and Monty have just recently welcomed a sweet baby boy into the world. We hope the family of three are celebrating just as large today as they were one year ago.. maybe just a different kind of "bottles up!" ;)
